KiwiBee is a school and classroom management service for participating schools and authorized staff.

This policy explains how the KiwiBee iOS app and connected services handle personal data.

WHO WE ARE

KiwiBee operates the app with bundle identifier com.kiwibee.app.

Schools may also control the school records they manage through KiwiBee.

DATA WE COLLECT

Account data includes name, email address, user ID, role, organization, campus, school, and team assignments.

Authentication data includes login identifiers, password verification, MFA verification, session tokens, and Google or Apple sign-in identifiers.

Passwords are not stored in plain text.

School data includes classes, rosters, attendance, behavior points, and classroom records.

Work data includes tasks, status, deadlines, notes, postponement notes, and delay reasons.

Messages include content, senders, recipients, timestamps, read status, and conversation information.

Profile content includes names, roles, organization details, and profile images made available by the school platform.

No security method is completely risk-free.
